Unless I didn't see how to do it you need to make the forums of this message board available by RSS. It's pretty much how I keep up with news and discussion boards.

In the Info center at the bottom of your homepage, look for the "Threads and Posts" category and you'll find three links within it:
Recent Threads - Recent Posts - RSS Feed
Using the link provided with the "RSS Feed" link will give you access to the forums RSS feed
