Stopped by my barber for a beard trim yesterday. Nothing major, just had him take a little off of the sides. Most people probably won't notice but I can. It just took off some of the bulk from my cheeks and jaw lines. I didn't want my beard making my face look fatter than it already is! I'm happy with it. Subtle improvements.

Thanks Buddyg. No, I've never set a particular goal as far as 6 months, yeard, whatever. Right now this is somewhere around 5-6 months growth. I'm probably getting close to a point where I want to just maintain. I like this length. It's what many people would consider a "big" beard, but it's still easily manageable and something that my work and girlfriend accept without any grief. My intention has always to have a big, but neat beard. I think I'm on my way to accomplishing that.

Not only does your beard look fine, you have a nice head of hair. Have you ever
grown out your hair? It looks like you could grow a nice ponytail.
