I got out of the military and went full contractor. Long hair, full beard. I had to cut about 5" off of my beard due to a leadership visit and my attempt at being more professional but it's slowly growing back. As the lead of a 70+ team I am the easiest person to recognize since I wear a full beard and smoke a pipe. Here are the photos. The one with my son was in February 2013, the rest are December 2013.
